Brian Phillips – Chief Executive Officer
Brian earned his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station,
Texas and holds an MBA with concentrations in finance and accounting from the University of
Chicago Booth School of Business. Brian spent 25 successful years in investment banking
where he focused on the energy sector and was responsible for corporate finance,
commodity trade financing and international commodity trade. While working in the energy sector, Brian worked closely with the coatings industry and developed an understanding of the unique challenges of coatings companies. Among these was the unmet need for domestically sourced, sustainable resins. Brian's vision was to create a company with the technology to fulfill this need,
and brought together Resinate's current leadership team, scientists and resources in order to
execute his vision. Today, Brian continues to provide leadership to the company as President and CEO and drives the culture and vision of the organization.

Stephen Hall – Chief Operating Officer
Stephen earned dual B.S. degrees in Chemistry and International Marketing from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. Stephen honed his product development and coatings formulation
expertise at Akzo Nobel and ITW. Prior to joining RMG, Stephen held a Vice President and
General Manager position with a leading research and development laboratory where
his responsibilities included business strategy, strategic business development and project management focused on the CASE markets. Stephen is an active participant with the American Coatings Association (ACA), the Adhesives and Sealants Council (ACS), and the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI). With over 20 years of experience in the
coatings and adhesives industry, Stephen is key to ensuring the commercial success of
Resinate’s product lines.

Benjamin Wodicker – Senior Vice President, Business Development & Strategy
Ben earned his B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Missouri and completed graduate
coursework in both polymer chemistry and business administration. Ben has over 10 years of
experience in analytical R&D as well as business development, which includes leading a national
sales and marketing team for a leading analytical laboratory. Ben brings to Resinate a
strong strategic marketing perspective, as well as the ability to build key relationships
in the industry to drive revenue.

Daniel Seyer, Ph.D. - Vice President & Director, Research & Development
Dr. Seyer earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Texas. Dan has over 10 years
of experience in materials science, problem solving analytical chemistry, and Patent/Intellectual
Property Strategy. During his career, Dan has held leadership roles as laboratory director and
was responsible for meeting rigorous development timelines. Most recently, Dan
worked for LINTEC where he was responsible for investigating new
technologies for commercial development.
